HEART SPARK HEALING SESSIONS

Each session begins with a strong, tender clearing of the energy field. Mental clutter is removed, emotional heaviness is lifted, and all energetic cords to other people and things are gently cut away. You are reconnected directly to the brilliance of your own heart.  So much relief is found in releasing trapped emotions, stress, limiting thought patterns, and negative energies. This clearing is done completely by the Grace of God.

In the second part of the session, the client is supported to re-wire the brain and nervous system with neuroscience-informed coaching.  In each session, the client is given deep compassion, rich resonance, and support tools to enter into a newly-informed dance with their emotional world.
