These in-person bodywork sessions deliver a curated, customized Ayurvedic massage approach with a focus on nourishment, rejuvenation and rest. Traditional Ayurvedic massage focuses on the lymphatic and central nervous systems. The lymphatic system is the largest organ of detoxification, and sits directly beneath the surface of the skin. This rhythmic technique moves through the tissues and drives toxins toward eliminative organs, supporting waste removal and deep rest.  This can immediately shift stress factors and deeply rooted imbalances.

Each massage begins with a mini-Heart Spark Clearing session for the client’s own energy clearing.
